I mean the "most" popular places got the votes .. but it doesnt mean its the best .. this is why I would go for a commitee .. because it would evaluate the resturants more..&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;If I voted this year, one thing for sure .. I would vote Glacier as best coffee shop .. Usually the winners are chosen by votes alone. But last year they formed a committee of three who went and ate at the top restaurants in each category and chose the winner.
